"I was with State Farm for over thirty years before they dropped me like a hot rock last June. I had a series of accidents that included being a victim of a hit and run, sliding off the road in a literal blizzard in Idaho and being rear-ended by a woman with no insurance. Then there were a couple of accidents they blamed on me. One of which, completely my fault. The other, not even close. Anyway, that's a lot of accidents. I was traumatized over this 4 year period of time. But just so there's not any misunderstandings about me being a "crazy woman driver", I haven't had a ticket in over 20 years. I also drove a school bus for years. I'm a responsible driver with a serious case of epic bad luck. Anyway, State Farm trashed me like expired milk after all of the above. Today I got a sales email from Dee Carter's office. They were my agent for over 4 years. They are the ones that dumped me. The fact they didn't recognize me after handling multiple claims and expelling me? That right there tells you all about their individual customer service practices. Cuz nothing says you're a valued customer of three decades and hundreds of thousands of over-priced premiums, than a personalized email from my own previously defunct insurance adjuster. (And if you think hundreds of thousands is a stretch? I had to insure four teenage drivers, three houses and a boat during this period) 😀 Anyway, cheers, State Farm and Dee Carter. In the words of Aaron Tippin's hit country song, you can 💋 THIS! Note after response from Dee Carter: I have the letter from State Farm that proves y'all canceled my insurance. Honesty is always the right road. (Pun intended)"
